About Me

Jill Thomas grew up in a quaint town in Oregon. Growing up in the country and being surrounded by a variety of animals provided her with lots of inspiration for her books. 

Jill currently resides in Southern California with her husband, two sons, two lively dogs, and horses. Living in such a vibrant and diverse location has offered her further inspiration for her storytelling. Her childhood experiences and passion for the outdoors have influenced her work, making her books engaging and relate well to children. 

Jill is an avid equestrian and has been riding horses for many years. Her passion for horses might reflect in her books, adding an authentic touch to the adventures and experiences her characters encounter. 

Spending time with family is of utmost importance to Jill and she cherishes every moment. Her sons have taught her the most valuable lesson of all - to never forget her inner child. 

Jill Thomas is busy writing the 3rd book in The Pollywog Adventures series. Book 1 and Book 2 are now available.
